This way, the artist can achieve his ultimate purpose of turning each of his paintings into an experience of self-exploration, giving shape to the unique feelings and emotions that arise from the viewer.

Astorga’s diverse work establishes his own connections between abstraction and figuration. An important theme of his work is nature in all forms; it is the source of life for every being. Astorga paints natural landscapes as well as interior landscapes, where he explores his emotions.
